Conference Registration Schedule and Fees
REGISTRATION OPENS:  December 15, 2011 REGISTRATION CLOSES:  June 1, 2012
Early-bird Registration $625.00 USD December 15, 2011 through March 30, 2012
Regular Registration $655.00 USD March 31, 2012 through June 1, 2012
Group Registration $555.00 USD Available March 28, 2012 through June 1, 2012; For groups of 4 or more individuals registering from the same institution at the same time.
Student Registration $575.00 USD Available December 15, 2011 through June 1, 2012; Proof of eligibility required
Payment Options To pay by credit card: MasterCard, VISA, or American Express are accepted. Credit card transactions will be accepted and processed online only. This is the fastest way to secure a spot before seating capacity is reached. To pay by institution check, personal check, or money order: Please complete the online registration form and mail a copy of your confirmation email and check or money order, made payable to “NEDCC” to: Northeast Document Conservation Center 100 Brickstone Square Andover, MA  01810-1494 Attention:  Kim O’Leary No fax or telephone registrations will be accepted.

Registration Terms and Conditions

 Payment by Check Policy
  • You will receive confirmation of your registration upon completion of the online registration process. NEDCC considers you registered for the conference at that time.
  • NEDCC reserves the right to cancel your registration if check payment has not been received within 60 days of registration or June 7, 2012 (whichever is sooner), unless prior arrangements have been made by contacting Kim O’Leary either by e-mail at koleary@nedcc.org or by telephone at 978-470-1010 ext. 226.
Student Registration Policy
  • To be eligible for a student registration you must fax or email a copy of your current student ID with valid date, and/or other proof of current enrollment to Kim O’Leary at (978) 475-6021. Please note that student registrations are limited.

Cancellation, Substitution, and Refund Policy

  • A full refund of registration fee minus a US $50 processing fee, will be made if cancellation request is received by April 15, 2012.
  • A 75% refund of registration fee minus a US $50 processing fee, will be made if cancellation request is received by May 15, 2012.
  • A 50% refund of registration fee minus a US $50 processing fee, will be made if cancellation request is received by June 1, 2012.
  • No refund will be made if registration is not cancelled prior to June 8, 2012.
  • Substitutions may be made at the discretion of NEDCC prior to June 8, 2012.
  • Cancellations and Substitutions must be made by contacting Kim O’Leary either by e-mail at koleary@nedcc.org or by telephone at 978-470-1010 ext. 226. Cancellations and Substitutions cannot be accepted online.
