Technical Information

Live presentations and recordings are delivered using the NEDCC Training Hub. The Zoom link, slides, and resources are all accessible through The Hub. Each participant receives a unique username and password to access The Hub. If you do not receive your credentials, contact [email protected] for assistance.

Instructions to access the Hub will be sent the day before Digital Directions begins.

Live presentations are recorded and are available for participants to view for a period of three months following the live session.

Before attending Digital Directions, we recommend that you update Zoom: https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting. Participants can enable captioning and view the full transcript in Zoom Meetings.

All materials provided during the live presentations are the intellectual property of the individual presenters or NEDCC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials, including the use of AI tools to capture or replicate content, is strictly prohibited. NEDCC reserves the right to remove AI avatars and agents from the event.
Access Recommendations
Digital Directions is held online, with access provided only to those who have registered. To access the live presentations, you will need:

Your NEDCC Training Hub log in information.

A stable, high-speed internet connection. Ethernet or “hard wired” is recommended over WiFi or wireless.

A computer. A laptop or desktop computer is recommended over a smart phone or tablet.

Optional: A microphone (e.g. built into your laptop or a headset or earbuds), if you wish to participate verbally in Q&A sessions.

Optional: A webcam or built-in computer camera is recommended so that you can get the most out of small group discussions with faculty and participants.
