Some organizations and state agencies provide scholarship funding for NEDCC's training programs, such as the Digital Preservation Outreach & Education Network (DPOE-N) and the Western New York Library Resources Council. Contact them directly for details.
Participants who are eligible Certified Archivists can earn Archival Recertification Credits (ARCs) through the Academy of Certified Archivists for many of our programs.

Registration Fees
Fees are for individual registrants.
Discounts and Scholarships
NEDCC offers a student discount for our multi-session courses, Preservation 101, Fundamentals of Audiovisual Preservation, and Fundamentals of Photograph Preservation. We do not offer any other discounts (e.g. early bird, group, etc.).
Registration Policies
- Early registration for free events is strongly recommended due to limited capacity.
- Registration remains open until the start of the webinar, unless otherwise noted.
- Your registration will be confirmed after your credit card is processed, so please do not consider yourself registered until you receive a confirmation from NEDCC.
- Transfers and Cancellations: If you cannot attend a webinar or workshop, you can transfer your registration to a coworker or watch the recording afterward. If you need to cancel your webinar or workshop registration, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the start of the program. A cancellation made less than 48 hours before an event will not be refunded.

Payment Options
- Credit card: MasterCard, VISA, or American Express are accepted. Credit card transactions will be accepted and processed online only. This is the fastest way to secure a space in the class.
- Institution check, personal check, or money order: Please complete the online registration form and mail a copy of your confirmation email and check or money order, made payable to “NEDCC” to: NEDCC, 100 Brickstone Square, Ste. 401, Andover, MA 01810-1494.
- International registrations: Participants from outside the United States should pay with a credit card.
- Other: No fax, telephone, or wire transfer registrations will be accepted.
Technical Information
- Scheduled webinars are presented live on Eastern Standard Time.
- Webinars and courses are delivered using the NEDCC Training Hub. The Zoom link, slides, and resources are all accessible through The Hub.
- Each participant receives a unique username and password to access The Hub. If you do not receive your credentials, contact [email protected] for assistance.
- Instructions to access each webinar will be sent the day before the class.
- Webinars are recorded and are available for participants to view for a period of 12 months following the live session.
- Before attending a webinar session, we recommend that you update Zoom: https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting Participants can enable captioning and view the full transcript in Zoom Meetings.
